Résumé

The present Regulation establishes the terms of elaboration and validation of the maximum limits of the emission of pollutants and the totality thereof that make part of dust-like and gaseous miscellanies generated by some types of equipment and installations and emitted into the atmosphere by stationary sources. Rates of emissions shall be elaborated in conformity with the requirements of the national and EU legislation and shall be calculated for a mass unit and for production or raw material unit. The Ministry of Environmental Protection shall validate the list of equipment for which maximum limits of emissions of pollutants shall be elaborated. The aforesaid Ministry shall revise once in ten-year period emission standards with the consideration of the reduction to minimum of negative environmental impact caused by emissions of pollutants, exposure of the possibilities of elaboration of new technological ecofriendly processes and amendment of the processes, and also amendment of the national and EU legislation as regards restriction of emission of pollutants by stationary sources.
