Résumé The present Regulation establishes the modalities of keeping state plant cadastre. The purpose of keeping state plant cadastre is to provide state institutions, legal and natural persons with the information on plant species and their management, economic valuation of plant species, control over quantitative and qualitative characteristics of plants. Keeping state plant cadastre includes: a. cadastre registration of plant species; b; annual reporting of cadastre data in accordance with the present Regulation; c. keeping cadastre registrars; d. elaboration and publication of information bulletins. Accounting documentation of state plant cadastre includes: a. accounting of users of plant species on types and amount of harvest or purchase of wild-growing plants; b. data reported by land tenants, users of water bodies on change of control parameters established by the passport of the plant species growing within the boundaries of plots of land or water bodies; c. other documents containing data on plant species. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection is state institution entitled with the task of official register of state plant cadastre.
