The materials the State fund of land use planning documentation shall be accessible to the state executive bodies, local self-government, enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens. The documentation and the materials of the State fund of land use planning shall pertain to the state property and shall not be subject to privatization. The State fund shall be composed of the Principal fund, the regional funds and local funds. The Principal fund shall be set up, formed and kept by the State Committee on Land Resources. The Principal fund shall have as its purpose registration and storage of land use planning documentation of the land use planning carried out at the national level and the centralized registration of data contained in the regional and local funds.
