Ministerial Decree No. 1459 validating the list of poisons the manufacture, processing, transportation, purchase, storage, trade, use and disposal of which shall be subject to licensing.

This Ministerial Decree implements the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling, and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction. This Ministerial Decree contains a list of hazardous substances classified in three categories: A, B and C. In relation to category A, the operations regarding hazardous substances shall be regulated by the provisions of the Convention and by national law ratifying the Convention.
