The following activities shall be subject to licensing: (a) hunting; (b) management of ozone depleting substances; (c) well sinking up to twenty metres deep; (d) waste management of 1-3 categories; (e) environmental audit. The period of validity except for hunting licence shall be five years and it can be extended for the subsequent five-year period. Hunting licence shall be issued for the period of ten years with the subsequent extension for another ten-year period. The competitors applying for licence shall submit the following: (a) copy of lease contract to hunting grounds (applicants for hunting licence); (b) certificate of the scope and the amount of ozone depleting substances to be used (applicants for the management of ozone depleting substances); (c) reference of the availability of equipment (applicants for well sinking); (d) copy of technical requirements for the commodities produced with the recycling of waste (applicants for waste management); (e) qualification reference (applicants for environmental audit).
