Résumé

The Regulation on licensing of veterinary activities establishes that issuing, suspension, renewal, prolongation and withdrawal of licences for veterinary activities shall be exclusive competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The following activities shall be carried out in conformity with licence: 1) control of animal health, prophylaxis of animal diseases and cure of agricultural, domestic, zoo, circus and fur-bearing animals, birds, fishes, bees and other animal species; 2) manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade of drugs. The period of validity of licence shall be of five years and it shall be subject to renewal. The Regulation on licensing of the cultivation of prohibited crops establishes that issuing, suspension, renewal, prolongation and withdrawal of licences for veterinary activities shall be exclusive competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The licence shall be issued for the period of five years and it shall be subject to the renewal for the subsequent five-year period. The applicants shall submit the health certificate issued by the Ministry of Public Health attesting the absence on drug addiction or drug abuse on the part of the applicant. The applicant must guarantee the non-access of non-authorized persons to the cultivation grounds of the prohibited crops and the use of seeds exclusively of the prohibited plants recorded in the Official Register of Prohibited Crops.
