Common nature management means management of wildlife species for scientific, educational and aesthetic purposes without removal thereof from their natural habitats. Special nature management means hunting and removal of wildlife species from their natural habitats. Special nature management shall be carried out in accordance with contract concluded between the state owner of the plot of forest estate and the forest manager in the presence of the authorization issued by the authorized hunting institution.
