Résumé

The Ministerial Decree establishes that the Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification shall be the authorized institution entitled with the task of issuing, renewal, suspension, withdrawal, revocation and cancellation of permits (licences) for the manufacturing of the alcoholic drinks. The aforesaid permits (licences) shall be grated exclusively to legal persons. The permits (licences) shall be valid for five year with the possibility of extension for one more five-year period on demand from the licensee. The licensing terms and conditions envisage the ownership by the manufacturer of the special purpose equipment and availability of certification systems ISO 9000 and HACCP.
