The scope of the Ministry shall be elaboration and realization of common state policy in the sphere of fuel and energy complex. The Ministry shall carry out the following tasks: (a) elaboration of subsidies and incentives for energy efficiency and energy saving; and (b) state regulation in the sphere of fuel and energy complex ensuring stable energy supply to consumers.
