Federal Forest Management Institution and its territorial branches are entitled to form and store Federal Forestry Seeds Stock within the limits of the federal budget destined for forest management. Federal Forestry Seeds Stock is stored with forestry seeds supplied with quality control certificate. Federal Forest Management Institution establishes compliance requirements , sets up the conditions of acceptance and the conditions of storage of forestry seeds fixed by state standards and other legislative acts. Federal Forest Management Institution exercises control over the use of forestry seeds supplied to its territorial branches from the Federal Forestry Seeds Stock.
