Entry into force notes: This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Résumé: This Decree aims at gathering information about amount and composition of harmful substances emitted in atmospheric air, facilities categorized as harmful and kinds and sizes of harmful physical influences. The state account covers amount and composition of harmful substances emitted in atmospheric air including greenhouse gases, ozone-depleting substances and their physical influences, indication of amount and structure of harmful substances emitted in atmospheric air and the legal and real persons being a source of harmful substances emitted in atmospheric air and harmful physical influences on it. The state account shall be kept by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and State Statistics Committee on the basis of the inventory database. The Decree sets forth provisions on duties of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Statistics Committee and real and legal persons.
