Objects of environmental monitoring shall be biotic and abiotic components of environment, and also technological and natural factors of negative environmental impact. State environmental monitoring shall be composed of: (a) monitoring of emissions; (b) monitoring of atmospheric pollution; (c) monitoring of water pollution – surface water and groundwater; (d) monitoring of hazardous natural and technological processes; (e) monitoring of soil pollution; and (f) noise pollution.
