Résumé

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of allotment and management of the plots of public forest for research, educational and experimental purposes. The plots of land can be allotted on condition of forest management or without forest management. In the former case, the plots of forest stock must be first expropriated from legal persons carrying out forest management and then allotted to legal persons carrying out forest management for research, educational and experimental purposes. In the latter case, the plots of forest stock shall be allotted on condition of provisional (short-term or long-term) management without expropriation thereof from legal persons carrying out forest management. In case of allotment of the plots of public forest without forest management a gratuitous contract specifying the period of allotment, the rights and the duties of legal person and the authorized activities, must be concluded with the Forestry Committee.
