Résumé This Decree amends Annex X to Presidential Order No. 365/2002 so as to comply with the provisions of Commission Decision 2011/787/EU authorising Member States temporarily to take emergency measures against the dissemination of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. as regards Egypt. This amendment establishes the entry points into the national territory of tubers of Solanum tuberosum L. which originate in Egypt.
