Résumé

The Government, for the purpose of strengthening state control in the sphere of production and import of ethyl alcohol and spirits (except for beer) and providing for complete revenue and protection of national producers and consumers, decrees to validate the Regulation. The Government decrees that quota of imported ethyl alcohol and spirits (except for beer) must not exceed 20% of their annual national production. This Regulation determines the modalities of licensing of import of ethyl alcohol and spirits (except for beer). This Regulation regards all physical and juridical persons, including foreign, irrespectively of their legal status and place of registration. Licences are issued for the period of one calendar year beginning from the date of issue and is valid for a single import contract.
