Résumé

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out the state inspection and quality control of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs in the process of manufacturing, and (or) trade, export (grains, flour, cereals and mixed fodder) pertaining to the organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out processing, trade, storage and packaging thereof, and also quality control of imported alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs. The purpose of the state food quality control shall be to ensure the compliance with the legislative acts regulating the issues of quality of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs. The inspecting and supervising authority shall be the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Quality control of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs shall have as its purpose the inspection of compliance thereof with organoleptic, physical and chemical, microbiological indices and radioactivity level.
