Résumé

The Decree amends articles 3 and 9, and Annex VI to Ministerial Decree of 14 April 1997 containing technical rules for the trade of fruit-trees propagating material and of fruit-trees destined to the production of fruit. Article 3 is amended by introducing a new letter q) on the definition of "local market"; article 18 is amended by substituting for the words "180 days" the words "31 January 1998". Further amendments are made to Annex IV concerning the requirements of the personnel in charge of the analysis of the material.
