Résumé This Ministerial Decision amends Ministerial Decision No. 112 of 2000 regulating the management of the Dimaniyat Island Reserve by replacing the text of articles 2 and 3. The changes relate to the requirement for a permit in order to enter the park, outlining the fees, and who is exempt from having to pay fees. Furthermore, new provisions have been added to articles 2 and 7 providing for exceptions to the provisions of article 2 and forbidding overnight stay on dry land during the nesting season from 1 May to the end of October.
