Part I is dedicated to the administration of the Act, Part II to mining claims and related licenses, Part IV to oil, gas and underground storage, Part V to the commencement of surface mining of non-metallic minerals, Part VI to mining and lands commissioner, Part VII to the rehabilitation of mining lands, Part IX to statistical reports, Part XI to offences and penalties and prosecutions, Part XII contains general provisions, among others on fees and regulations, and Part XIII is dedicated to the mining land tax.
