The present Law enters into force on 1 March 2013.
Résumé

The present Law regulates the use of deep underground and the extraction of minerals. Article 2 establishes that this use does not need a license under the present Law. Moreover, the results from surveys and drilling in the ground shall be transferred to the cantonal authority which may use the results for their purposes. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Introduction (1); Authorization (2); Licensing (3); Extraction facilities (4); Expiry of authorization and concession (5); Safety measures and fees (6); Justice and penal provisions (7); Transitional and final provisions (8).
