The objective of the Scheme is to provide loans to newly established or growing microenterprises across all industry sectors with commercially viable proposals that do not meet the conventional risk criteria applied by commercial banks. Credit will be available to microenterprises who have been unable to access bank credit and who want to start or develop their own microenterprise.
