The Director of the Department of Meteorology, the Director of the Department of Geological Hazards and the Director of the Department of Climate Change shall be responsible for the administration of this Act. The Director must advise and assist the Minister and the Director General of the Ministry of Meteorology Geological Hazards and Climate Change in matters relating to his or her Department under this Act.
