The regulations list and detail the following amendments: New Regulation 3-6 of Chapter II-1, Access to and within Space in Cargo Area of Oil Tanker or Bulk Carrier; Amendment of Regulation 12-2 of Chapter II-1; Amendment of Regulation 31 of Chapter II-1; Amendment of Regulation 3 of Chapter II-2; Amendment of Regulation 19 of Chapter II-2; Amendment of Regulation 26 of Chapter III; Amendment of Regulation 19 of Chapter V; Amendment of Regulation 3 of Chapter XI, with the introduction of New Regulation 5 , Continuous Synopsis Record; Renumbering of Chapter XI and new Chapter XI-2, Special Measures to enhance maritime security; New Regulations 12 (Hold, Ballast and Dry Space Water Level Detectors) and 13 (Availability of Pumping Systems) of Chapter XII.
