This Circular shall take effect immediately and will remain valid until revoked in writing.
Résumé

This Memorandum Circular establishes the Electronic Export Health Certificate during the Enhanced Community Quarantine Period. In order to facilitate the import of animal commodities despite the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the Bureau of Animal Industry hereby adopts the acceptance of electronic Export Health Certificate (HC)/International Veterinary Health Certificate (IVHC/IVC) from the Competent Authority (CA) of source country as equivalent of the paper certificate, provided the following provisions are followed: 1. The e-Health Certificate has the same content and provides the same guarantees; 2. The e-Health Certificate is certified by the Official Veterinarian; 3. The Certificate is sent to baiguarantinephvhc@gmail.com through official communication. The BAI-NVQSD shall issue a certification of the electronic Health Certificate to the Veterinary Quarantine Station port of entry for their reference in cargo clearance processing.
