Part 5 is dedicated to supplying medicine that is Schedule 4 or 8 poison; and includes a section for supplying medicine that is Schedule 4 poison for emergency veterinary use (Schedule 4 concerns Prescription only medicines, or Prescription Animal Remedy Substances, the use or supply of which should be by or on the order of persons permitted under the Act to prescribe and should be available from a pharmacist on prescription).
