Résumé

This Decree concerns classification, registration and placing on the market of medicinal products including animal drugs and poisons. The object of this Decree is to protect the health and safety of the public by regulating medicinal products, devices, poisons and similar products in accordance with the National Medicinal Products Policy. The Decree establishes the Fiji Medicinal Products Board and defines offences.
