Résumé

This Act amends the Maritime Zones Act in provisions concerning the exercise of jurisdiction by Mauritius in the “joint zone” i.e. an area of the continental shelf of Mauritius which is delineated by the coordinates set out in the First Schedule and depicted in the map set out in the Second Schedule and as defined by the Treaty Concerning the Joint Management of the Continental Shelf in the Mascarene Plateau Region between Seychelles and Mauritius. The Act also amends the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules of the principal Act.
