It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place or discharge into the territorial waters of Singapore, ashes, solid ballast, sludge or any other matter. The three Schedules attached to these Regulations contain information regarding the following: port signals; special anchorages; prohibited anchorage areas and fairways.
