For ships that cannot be regarded as Danish but belong to individuals, companies or similar under the Official Rules of establishment, freedom of movement and exchange of services shall be regulated by the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs’ conditions for registration as Danish ships with the requirement of being administered, controlled and directed from Denmark.
