In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to environmentally sound behaviour in maritime navigation. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Supplementary provisions relating to the Annexes of the Marpol Convention (2); Supplementary provisions relating to the AFS Convention (3); Supplementary provisions relating to the Ballast Water Convention (4); Penalties (5); Final provisions (6).
