The Order grants to the Manitoba Chicken Broiler Producers’ Marketing Board to regulate the marketing of chickens in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of Manitoba engaged in the production or marketing of chickens and use the revenue for its purposes.
