Conditions of permit for hunting wild animals. The Rules establish that every person holding permit for special purpose shall submit a report of his collection (including to pick, uproot, acquire or collect or transport any specified plant) as may be required by the Chief Wildlife Warden and send a copy of such report, each to the Chief Conservator of Forests and Deputy Conservator of Forests of the area in which the hunting is done. The permit holder shall, whenever required by the Chief Wildlife Warden or any other officer authorized by him in that behalf, produce for inspection the entire collection made by him.
