This text enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (published 17 February 2021).
Résumé

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, here provides for the updated official list of all active substances that are authorized and approved in accordance with the regulations governing plant protection products, including all those which are considered to be approved in accordance with the applicable regulations of the European Union. This text further repeals the List of Approved Substances (published in the Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia 93/2019), and all previous official Lists. The list of approved substances is harmonized with the regulations of the European Union as fully listed at the end of this publication. Each approved substance is further regulated with indications provided in the column “Special provisions” (right side of the list).
