The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is responsible for administering this Act. Where an application for a liquor sales licence has been filed with the afore-mentioned Commission and there has been no liquor sales licence at that address for at least six months, the Commission posts a public notification to allow local residents the opportunity to comment on the proposed licence. Through its Inspection and Investigation Branch, the afore-mentioned Board works independently and in partnership with local police services to conduct inspections and investigations at licensed premises, monitor liquor licensed premises for compliance with this Act and investigate complaints/breaches of it.The text consists of 63 sections Texte intégral Anglais Site web www.gov.on.ca
