Pays/Territoire Brunéi Darussalam Type du document Règlement Date Source FAO, FAOLEX Sujet Pêche Mot clé Crustacés Santé des animaux Animaux aquatiques Autorisation/permis Certification Maladie des poissons Produits de la pêche Hygiène/procédures sanitaires Commerce international Traitement post-récolte Transformation/manutention Aire géographique Asie, Asie et Pacifique, Asie du Sud-Est Résumé This Regulation, consisting of 10 articles, provides for the rules to be met to import frozen crustaceans, in particular, it establishes that (i) importers must be registered with the Fisheries Department of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism; (ii) importers must have a valid frozen crustaceans import license; (iii) the imported species must be included in the ones listed in the approved import license application; (iv) each consignment must have a Free Sale Certificate or Laboratory Analysis Report or Health Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the exporting country; (v) importers must take appropriate measures to prevent cross-contamination and comply with the Manual on Hygiene Requirements for Fish Processing Establishment; (vi) if necessary, importers must allow the Department of Fisheries to obtain samples of imported crustaceans for laboratory analysis; (vii) if required, importers must inform the Fisheries Department of the date and time of importation for inspection and provide information on each importation for storage record purposes.
