Résumé The aim of this Legislative Decree is to regulate fishing, the exploitation and protection of marine life, the environment and wildlife. The present Decree is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the General Authority for Protection of Marine Wealth, Environment and Wildlife placed under the control of the Council of Ministries which shall be entrusted with functions and duties set out in Legislative Decrees No. 20 of 2002, No. 21 of 1996 and No. 2 of 1995.
