Résumé

This Legislative Decree establishes animal health conditions for the importation and transit of live ungulates (those specified in Annex I). These provisions regulate inspections to be carried out at border posts and veterinary certification. Further provisions lay down amendments to articles 1, 6 and 17 of Legislative Decree No. 633 of 1996.
