Résumé

By way of implementation of Directive 94/57/EC, this Legislative Decree establishes measures concerning the inspection, control and certification of ships flying the flag of Italy for compliance with the international conventions on safety at sea and prevention of marine pollution. Moreover, the Legislative Decree sets out the conditions under which the maritime administration may authorize recognized organizations to carry out surveys and inspections on ships.
