Résumé The present Law lays down provisions relating to the use and protection of groundwater. In particular, article 3 establishes that groundwater has to be managed in such a was as to make it available in good quality and sufficient quantity to both human beings and animals, as well as to industry as far as these are dependent on drinking water and service water. All interventions in groundwater are subject to authorization.
