Résumé The Long-Term National Development Plan, referred to as the National RPJP in the Law, is the national development planning document for the period of twenty years from 2005 through 2025. The National RPJM is the specification of the goals for establishing the Government of Indonesia as contained in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, namely to protect the entire people and whole nation of Indonesia, advancing public prosperity, enhancing the education of the people, and participating in the implementation of maintaining world order on the basis of freedom, lasting peace, and social justice, through the empowerment of women and children in the form of the formulation of the vision, mission and direction of National Development.
