The bank implements support measures, in particular through financing for agriculture, including forestry, horticulture and fisheries, and the upstream and downstream sectors, sales and storage of agricultural and food products, agriculture-related environmental protection, promotion of renewable energies and renewable raw materials from agriculture, spread of organic farming, animal welfare in agriculture, improvement of the infrastructure of rural areas and agricultural consumer protection. The Law further provides for the body and structure of the bank, management, assemblies, supervision and dissolution. This Law consists of 20 Articles and Articles 18 & 19 are deleted.
