Résumé The present Law implements the Federal Act of 4 October 2002 on the same subject. In particular, the Law regulates the organization and competences, as well as tasks and financing of the Canton Aargau in the field of population protection and civil protection. Article 2 contains the definition of terms like “disaster”, “emergency situations”, “severe emergencies“, “armed conflicts”.
