Résumé This Law, consisting of 104 articles divided into five Parts, approves the Labour Basic Law. It establishes the legal regime applicable to individual and collective labour relations. It applies to the national territory, to men and women workers and employers and their organizations from all sectors of activity. This Law does not apply to civil servants, members of the Armed Forces and the Police. Domestic work is regulated by special legislation. Except for the application of this law, labour relations developed by family members, agricultural or industrial properties, the result of which is intended for family subsistence. It specifies that all workers, men and women, are entitled to equal opportunities and treatment with regard to access to employment, vocational training, working conditions and remuneration.
