Résumé This Law establishes the authorities and duties of the competent authorities, the responsibilities of food business operators, the official controls and also imposes various administrative measures, further determines the offences and related penalties, all necessary for the correct implementation of the: Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, as last amended by Regulation (EC) No. 219/2009; Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) no. 209/2013; Commission Regulation (EU) no. 210/2013 of 11 March 2013 on the extension of facilities that produce germ according to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004; Commission Regulation (EC) No. 37/2005 of 12 January 2005 on the monitoring of temperatures in the means of transport and storage and preservation of quick-frozen foodstuffs intended for human consumption.
