These companies shall perform duties based on the general regulations governing the governmental companies and are financially independent. The Ministry of Agriculture shall provide facilities, machineries and equipments needed for water supply and related service in each province. The government shall consider costs for maintenance, fixing and development of relevant infrastructures in its annual budget. The companies subject to this law are non beneficiary and are exempted from tax payment. The statute of these companies shall be approved by the Board of Ministers. This Law consists of 5 Articles.
