Résumé This Law shall regulate the crisis management system in the Republic of North Macedonia, that is: the organization and functioning, decision making and utilization of resources, communication, coordination and cooperation, assessment of the threat to the security of the Republic, planning and financing, as well as other issues related to the crisis management system. The crisis management system shall be organized and implemented for the purposes of preventing, early warning and dealing with crisis that pose risks to the goods, health and life of people and animals, and are caused by natural disasters and epidemics, or other risks and dangers that directly threaten the constitutional order and security of the Republic of North Macedonia or part of it, but do not bring about conditions for declaring martial law or state of emergency. The crisis management system shall also include collection of information, assessment, analysis of the situation, definition of the goals and tasks, development and implementation of the necessary activities for prevention, early warning and dealing with crisis.
