Résumé

This Law determines the notion, forms, and general principles of the state support for children and youth unions. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Main forms of the state support to children and youth unions (II); Organizational bases for the state support to children and youth unions (III); and Transitional provisions (IV); and Final provision (V). Supporting children and youth unions includes a system of measures undertaken according to the law within the framework of the state youth policy towards self-realization and protection of the rights in civil life of children and youth, supporting the economic and organizational conditions of these unions, and to provide legal safeguards for the stability of their work. The children unions are established as non-commercial legal entities with their founding bylaws aiming to protect the freedoms and rights of children and youth, and to develop their talent and skills and support their self-realization in the society.
