Main provisions are (i) no export animals can be entered into the center of inspection, inoculation, and veterinary quarantines and exports abattoirs unless they satisfy the health conditions and accompanied by the health certificate from the State of origin and the form from the center of inoculation and inspection; (ii) the competent authority is responsible for issuing the international health certificates for the exports animals, fresh meat, animals products and remains; (iii) the competent authority is the only body to lay down, design, and use the seals of meat for export; (iv) animals and food animals, aqua-organisms and decoration birds, imported skins, animals products, and remains, shall be restrained at the nearest veterinary quarantine to the arrival port; and (v) it is permitted slaughtering for the purpose of meat export, products, and remains only at export abattoir and after following the veterinary examination procedure. The Law deals also with Quarantine rules (veterinary quarantine needed for: animals, food of animal origin, aquaculture, birds, imported leather products, animal products and waste).
