Résumé Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The atmospheric air is the weather in the troposphere (outside the premises), with the exception of the air in the workplace environment, which is subject to the requirements for the safety and health of workers issued by the Minister of Social Security and Labor and the Minister of Health, and with which other members of the public do not normally come into contact.
