Résumé Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land reform is carried out in accordance with land reform land management projects, other land management projects or land-use planning documents, in accordance with this and other land relations laws and taking into account the established right of private and public land.” Article 8 (7) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Public land shall be sold sold to gardeners' communities, members of these communities and other persons according to the procedure established by the Government. For natural persons, land plots are not sold by auction in the area of amateur gardening. In cases where it is not possible to form a separate plot of land for the needs of the gardening community and associations thereof, when the land plot project or land-use planning document of the amateur gardening area is not possible to apply, it is primarily sold by auction to the owners of the parcels directly adjacent to the plot destined for sale.
